ChiTransit: CTA Bus and Train Tracker for Chicago App Reviews

Its just quick and simple. Can literally check a favorite bus or train time in 5 seconds.

The latest release is great. I love being able to get real time tracking on the trains. I was having some issues with crashing on the previous version but this one seemed to have fixed all the little issues I was having.

I find this most helpful. But I really wish when I look up a bus number it would show the route on the map!!!!! If u are not familiar with all the streets and bus routes it would be huge!

I absolutely love this app, but the new version (3.1) will not open or start on my phone (iPhone 4). If this bug can be fixed it would be back to 5 stars!

Terrible at tracking your location.

I bought this app because when trying get directions with new I maps thought it would integrate with directions. It is basically the same as transit stop. Except in tnat app you can pick your favorite stops and delete if need be. This app is ok, but there is a free app that works just as well. Should integrate with the new I maps for directions

95 and Howard on the redline are switched. 95 goes south and Howard goes north. Also, I wish this could combine walking with transit. Its decent when I want to know when the next train is, or when I want to know which stops are closest. Plus its missing stops entirely! Wheres the Monroe stop on the red line?

Love it for the accuracy and speed. Helps me out big time with real-time location.

This app was amazing until I updated it last week. For some reason the Red line at Jackson no longer shows up and the app will suddenly close out for no reason. Im so sad, bc this app used to be awesome. :(

Is listed on apples maps as though it could help you find a bus/train to a specific location. It doesnt. Not worth buying.

Except for the occasional glitch, this app is a must have. I use it nearly everyday.

Public Transport is my religion and ChiTransit is the living gospel of train and bus arrival, hallelujah! On the way to church or out for a night of sin, the routes run both ways, sisters and brothers! Amen!

so much to complain. it crashed when I try to find nearby stop. recent stops is nice but if I keep clicking recent stop, its just adds more of the same stop. duh!!! it will be nice to save your train stop and bus stop as favorite.

Nice layout but never did figure outlet how to indicate if I was looking for a bus heading north or south. that made it pretty darn useless and I tossed it 5 mins after I bought it.

The is a helpful ap! It helps track my routes. But what I have noticed that it can be inaccurate at times.

It will cut off a lot of times and you will have to restart it time and Tim agin,the only reason i keep it is because I payed for it,not good for me.

Countless times Ive looked up times and itll say either a wrong time or that there are no buses/trains coming. Been late to work so many times because of this app
